Twenty-five minutes of pre and post arrival video during a Sunday afternoon tractor-trailer fire that shut down part of the Capital Beltway in Virginia for more than five hours Sunday. Video from two VDOT traffic cameras shows Fairfax County (VA) and Montgomery County (MD) firefighters arriving just after 1:00 p.m. Virginia State Police report the fire began after a single-vehicle crash involving the truck. The driver had non-life threatening injuries. Early reports are that the cargo included clothing and food. Tankers were dispatched and a water supply was established from Georgetown Pike (Route 193), the overpass and exit adjacent to the fire.
