GLENDALE, Ariz. — This week’s heartwarming photo illustrates the level to which firefighters are willing to offer a helping hand to residents in their community.
While returning from a call, Glendale firefighters were flagged down by a grandmother, who needed help tying her grandson’s tie. His father was at work, and she didn’t know who else to ask, a social post by the department said.
“Without hesitation Firefighter Price jumped out of the truck to assist. Sometimes our job is just about being there for one another, human kindness matters. Stay safe,” the department wrote in the post.
